To honor the grandparents of our community we are having a special cookie bake-off. Anyone can participate and the judges will be our kid's city kids.  Break out those special recipes and cookbooks and see who will win the golden spoon.  Please bring your best cookies to the hospitality table by 9:00am to be entered into the contest. Oct. 4th @ 6:30pm  Connection Night is a time for us to come together as a community mid-week once a month to enjoy community, serving, and learning alongside one another. Enjoy an evening of fun and friendship. Bring your favorite snack or beverage to share. Open to all!  The Transition Team has been busy at work developing the job description for our transition pastor.  Through consultation with the Bishop and Pastor Charles the team prioritized the major work to be carried out by next pastor and the responsibilities of the staff, board and congregation.  The Transition Team has presented a candidate to the board for approval.  We anticipate being able to formally announce the transition pastor following the approval.
