Logos Tech Tip | Find each instance of a particular highlight
Many of us have added hundreds, or thousands, of highlights to our Logos books, often using particular highlighting styles to indicate particular ideas or themes. Sometimes we may come across a specific highlight and want to find where else we’ve used it, either in the book we’re reading or across our entire library. This is easy to do using a Logos Search, and having the Information Tool open makes it even easier.
Simply click a highlighted word and look at the Highlights section in the Information Tool. This tells you what highlight is being used. You can then click it to run an Inline Search in your current book to find every instance of that highlight in it.
Or, if you want to see where it occurs across your entire library, copy the search string to a search panel and run a Books Search there.
