A message from our ad partner: Hello Friend,
You don’t know Shelley. But 52 years ago, her life was hanging in the balance. Literally.
You see, her mother was Norma McCorvey—the “Jane Roe” in Roe v. Wade, the historic abortion case that went all the way to the Supreme Court, tearing our nation apart.
Many people don’t remember. But against all odds, Shelly survived, saved by Texas law, which at the time protected preborn life. She was later adopted and is alive to this day.
But, while Shelley thankfully lives, Roe v. Wade established a new “right.” On the day the Court’s decision came down in 1973, Roe opened the door to more than 62 million abortions.
Sadly, that number grows by thousands each and every day in America.
Right now, Family Policy Alliance is working to protect as many little “Shelleys” as possible. Thanks to an alliance of nearly 40 state-based pro-family and pro-life focused organizations, we’re educating Americans about how they can stand up for life, working for laws that protect women and their babies from abortion and supporting candidates who stand for life. Won’t you stand with me now for a nation where life is cherished?
Thank you!
