This Week At Crossroads

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW Confirmation Information Meeting  Sunday, October 2nd after worship  We are meeting with parents/guardians and confirmation students to talk about what confirmation will look like over the next year! The meeting will be 30minutes. MEET GOD             PARABLES: Jesus the Storyteller  Over the next three weeks we will be looking into three of the parables of Jesus from the Gospel of Matthew. Through understanding the context and audience, we can see that parables teach us about compassion, faithfulness, responsibility, the generosity of God, and the importance of living kingdom lives for God. Wednesdays she will be at the Station Coffee Shop from 10am-2pm.  If you want to meet her outside of these times, please contact her! We will be visiting Mission Beach, Mission Bay, Belmont amusement park, and La Jolla Tide Pools. Bring: Air mattresses or camping cots to camp out in the classrooms at St Peter by the Sea.  Cost: $10/day per person to their church website (donate, other, label it (Crossroads Lutheran 10/6-10/8) Contact Nicole Crowder for more information.
