The Cost of Not Investing This Week's EpisodeToday, Pastor Bobby teaches us from Matthew 25:24-29 and encourages us to take a risk for God. Even though things around us are chaotic or uncertain, we can walk with an absolute trust in the Lord, with today's message: “The Cost of Not Investing.” Our interview guest is Jay Hewitt, an author who truly embodies what it means to have resilient faith. In his new book, I Am Weak, I Am Strong: Building a Resilient Faith for a Resilient Life, he tells his very personal story of keeping the faith amidst a brain cancer diagnosis. Even in the midst of challenging circumstances, he put his faith into action by completing an Ironman Triathlon in the middle of his cancer treatments. Special music is provided by Connor Smith, a performer, studio vocalist, arranger and composer who has performed across the globe from renowned concert halls and recording studios to the stages of Universal Studios Hollywood and the Disneyland Resort. Today, he performs, “O Little Town of Bethlehem," accompanied by Dr. Marc Riley and the Hour of Power Orchestra. The, the Hour of Power Choir, under the direction of Dr. Irene Messoloras, performs "Sweet Rivers," accompanied by Dr. Philip Hoch on piano. We hope you'll join us for this faith-filled hour! |
