Give Newborns and Their Moms the Care They Need
In many places around the world, pregnant women have little access to prenatal care and vitamins, ultrasounds, and other healthcare most of us take for granted. Some give birth without even owning a set of clothes for their newborn. That’s why Samaritan's Purse is providing baby kits to expectant moms in South America, Africa, and Asia—offering not only practical relief, but also peace of mind to mothers in need. Alongside all this, we share the hope of the Gospel of Jesus Christ with them.
No two baby kits are identical but all are packed with essential items that may include prenatal vitamins, nutritional supplements, newborn clothes, diapers, wipes, a thermometer, scissors, toys, and more. They are also coupled with one-on-one doctor consultations, ultrasounds, lactation and nutrition support.
