Dear Peter,
There’s one week until our next Breakpoint Forum, “Should Christians Get Political?” on Tuesday, August 13 at 7pm ET. It’s not too late to sign up! We’ll be joined by Denise Grace Gitsham, author of Politics for People Who Hate Politics, and Eric Teetsel, Vice President of Government Relations at the Heritage Foundation. They’ll bring their combined decades of public service experience to help us think wisely about Christian engagement in politics, especially given our divisive political landscape today.
We’ll cover some of the following questions:
- Can a Christian participate in politics in good conscience?
- Should we vote for the lesser of two evils?
- Are we sinning when we support flawed candidates?
- How will we know if we’ve made politics an idol?
- What’s a non-negotiable for a Christian when it comes to politics?
- ... and many more!
Live attendees will be able to submit questions for a Q&A after the panel, so be sure to sign up if you want to participate. Register for free below! We hope to see you there!
