Restoring Hope in South Sudan

Political violence, displacements, natural disasters, and other instabilities in South Sudan have created one of the worst humanitarian crises in the world. The needs are great—but there is hope!

Samaritan's Purse provides food, water, care for trauma victims, livelihoods training, and more to displaced families. We're working with local churches to strengthen brothers and sisters in Christ through our Biblically based literacy programs. God is powerfully at work in South Sudan, and we're seeing many accept Jesus as Lord and Savior.
