1 When will my Christmas pre-order ship? Christmas items are sold as pre-orders and will ship between now and the end of October, depending on inventory. We appreciate your patience and excitement! Non-Christmas orders ship on our usual timeline. PRE-ORDER CHRISTMAS FAMILY PJS

2 Do you have men’s Prince of Peace? Unfortunately, the men's Prince of Peace isn’t available this year, but we hope to bring it back next year! SHOP PRINCE OF PEACE

3 Do you have non-holiday themed family matching PJs? We’ll be launching our first non-holiday family matching set very soon – stay tuned! 4 Why aren't your nightgowns 100% cotton like the other children's pjs? You might be curious about why our girls' nightgowns are 100% Polyester instead of 100% Cotton. Child safety regulations require polyester or fire retardant treatment for loose-fitting garments. While we prefer cotton, we chose polyester for our girls' nightgowns to meet safety standards without using harmful chemicals. 5 Are your PJs sprayed with fire retardants? Nope! Our PJs are made from 100% cotton and are cut snugly to meet safety standards – no fire retardants or harsh chemicals will ever be needed or used.

6 Why is shipping to Canada so expensive? Our inventory is in the US, so shipping to Canada includes customs, duties, and taxes so that there are no surprise charges at delivery. We’re working to bring inventory to Canada to help reduce those fees! In the meantime, we’re appreciative of your understanding. READ MORE FAQS
